Programmed for Pleasure
a four week community-based offering to support you in re-attuning to the
subtle everyday pleasure available moment to moment
Jacqui believes that everyday pleasure is healing. But sometimes our lives, our (subconscious) beliefs and our nervous systems get in the way of us accessing it.
This offering is designed to support you in developing strong neural pathways that priortise your access to everyday pleasure.
So, what will be happening within the four weeks?
We will meet each Sunday (4 pm - 6pm AEST), in-person at the Blær concept store (Kingsville, Melbourne) and online (for those tuning in via Zoom).
For the first hour, we will connect, settle and then Jacqui will provide a talk — exploring the topics listed below.
We’ll have a short break, then return for a 45 minute group hypnosis, which will support the embodiment of the tools and information learnt during the talk.
Each week you will receive optional practices to utilise at home between workshops, inquiries for self-reflection and tools to support you in re-programming your mind so that accessing everyday pleasure becomes more and more effortless.
Subject matter we will cover:
The nervous system and its function in accessing everyday pleasure
Qualities of joy and pleasure, their frequency and elevated emotions
The crisis of pace, busyness & everyday pleasure
The vitality of everyday pleasure
Reconnecting with everyday sensations & the elements
Core beliefs + subconscious programs
Body image and its connection with our ability to access everyday pleasure
The role of trauma in accessing everyday pleasure
Effects and psychology of chronic stress and access to everyday pleasure
And much more.

FAQ .
Is this program being run in person or online?
Both. Each Sunday Jacqui will facilitate an in-person workshop at the Blær concept store (Kingsville, Melbourne) whilst simultaneously steaming live online (for those tuning in via Zoom).
Will there be a recording available?
Jacqui encourages folks to take part in as many live workshops as possible, but there will also be a recording available. Recordings will be available up to one week post the program.
Are payment plans an option?
Absolutely. Payment plans can be unique to each individual. Please click here to request a payment plan.
Who is this program suitable for?
Everybody. And in particular any body who: has a busy life style, feels stressed often, feels like life is constantly difficult and those that use pleasure and joy as a bargaining tool with themselves (I.E “when I’ve done this, then I can have that” thinking).
Is this offering going to be hyper-sexualised in nature?
No. Whilst Jacqui will be acknowledging the broad spectrum of pleasure - the focus of this program is on the abundance of everyday pleasure that is available to each of us, no matter who we are, what we do and what our background is. We will be focusing on the accumulative effect of everyday, simple pleasure and the restorative effects this can have on our nervous system and thus our experience of day to day life.
What if I have experienced significant trauma - will we address that during this program?
No. As this is a group container, we will not address personal trauma. However Jacqui will be explaining the effects of trauma on the nervous system and its relationship to our capacity to access to pleasure. Please see Jacqui for a private one to one session to address personal individual experiences. You can do this alongside this group offering, or instead of the program.
Will this offering be available again soon?
Possibly in mid 2024.
Is there anything else I should know?
The program will be offered using a trauma-informed lens - which is to say that nobody will be put on the spot to share any of their own personal reflections or experiences (and there will also be space for you to share if it feels useful). It’s Jacqui’s priority to ensure each person involved feels safe, included, as though they have just as much of a right and a capacity to experience pleasure.
