Meet Jacqui.

Jacqui (she/ her) is a trauma-informed integrative therapist based in Melbourne, Australia and online.

Her approach is multifaceted in nature, incorporating clinical hypnotherapy, energetics, psychotherapy (IFS & talk therapy), somatic regulating, meditation, eye movement desensitisation reprogramming (EMDR) and the prescription of plant remedies.

Having undertaken training using a mental health aware and person-centred framework, Jacqui’s style is supportive in nature and rooted in a contemporary understanding of trauma.

While she is trained to support you in a broad range of areas, Jacqui is especially curious about the interconnected relationship between trauma and our capacity to experience confidence and a sense of calm.
