Meet Jacqui.
Jacqui (she/her) is a trauma-informed integrative therapist based in Melbourne, Australia, offering sessions both in person and online.
Her work is grounded in the understanding that healing occurs through both the mind and body.
Drawing on a multifaceted approach, she offers body-based therapy such as massage, acupressure, cupping, dry brushing, and gua sha as well as mind-based therapy including clinical hypnotherapy and psychotherapy (IFS). She also incorporates eye movement desensitisation and reprogramming (EMDR) and plant-based remedies to support emotional and physical balance.
With training informed by a person-centred and mental health–aware framework, Jacqui’s style is supportive, attuned, and rooted in a contemporary understanding of trauma and the nervous system.
While experienced in working across a wide range of areas, she holds a particular interest in how trauma influences our capacity to experience confidence, safety, and a sense of calm within ourselves.
