Meet Jacqui.

Jacqui (she/her) is a trauma-informed integrative therapist and mindfulness teacher based in Melbourne, Australia, working both in person and online.

Drawing on a multifaceted approach, Jacqui offers mind-based therapies such as clinical hypnotherapy and psychotherapy (including IFS), alongside body-based therapies including massage, acupressure, cupping, dry brushing, energetics, and gua sha. She also integrates Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and plant-based remedies to support emotional and physical wellbeing.

With training informed by a person-centred, mental health-aware framework, Jacqui’s approach is warm, supportive, and rooted in a contemporary understanding of trauma and the nervous system. Her mindfulness approach is influenced by the compassionate teachings of Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, alongside Brené Brown’s work on vulnerability, courage, and wholeheartedness.
