Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy for one-on-one appointments:

Subtle Self endeavours to provide the most supportive and accessible services. As part of our offering to you, where possible, we offer regular appointment times with your therapist (Jacqui). In order to ensure appointments are as available as possible a cancellation fee of 100% of the service fee is charged if a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment and 50% of the fee will be charged if the cancellation occurs between 24 and 48 hours of a scheduled appointment.  

Cancellation Policy for courses / trainings / retreats / workshops / classes:  

In the event you have enrolled in any course / training / retreat / workshop / class etc facilitated by Subtle Self, and you cannot attend for any reason -  please be aware of the below cancellation policy:

• Cancellations 8+ weeks prior: balance refunded, deposit retained

• Cancellations between 8–4 weeks prior: 50% refund of total course fee

• Cancellations within 4 weeks prior: no refund. You may transfer your place to another suitable participant (arranged by you, with organiser approval).

• No refunds once the retreat/training has commenced.

• Fees are not transferable to other courses or retreats.
