Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy for one-on-one appointments:

Subtle Self endeavours to provide the most supportive and accessible therapy services. As part of our offering to you, where possible, we offer regular appointment times with your therapist (Jacqui). In order to ensure appointments are as available as possible a cancellation fee of 100% of the service fee is charged if a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment and 50% of the fee will be charged if the cancellation occurs between 24 and 48 hours of a scheduled appointment.  

Cancellation Policy for courses / trainings / retreats / workshops:  

In the event you have enrolled in any course / training / retreat / workshop etc facilitated by Subtle Self, and you can no longer attend for any reason, please be aware all course fees are non refundable. However, can be fully credited for any other service or offering by Subtle Self for a period of 36 months.
