‘Returning to Practice’ Day Retreat - 19 July 2026 - BOOK HERE
‘Returning to Practice’ is an invitation to gently reconnect with your practice.
Created for past participants of Subtle Self's Embodied Energetic Meditation Training and Energetic Practitioner Training programs, this event offers a dedicated space to pause, settle, and spend time with techniques that may already be familiar, whilst allowing room for them to be experienced in a new way.
Often, our relationship with a practice changes over time. Sometimes, simply revisiting something familiar within a safe and supportive environment can offer fresh insight, connection, and perspective.
Throughout the day, we will explore guided meditation, gentle mindfulness and awareness practices, energy-based exercises, refreshing of professional practitioner skills, reflection, and discussion. There will be opportunities to revisit concepts, ask questions, share experiences if you wish, and explore what it means to cultivate a sustainable relationship with meditation and energetic techniques in the context of everyday life.
Tea, coffee, morning tea and lunch will be provided on the day.

Energetic Practitioner Training - Level 1 - 26 July 2026 - BOOK HERE
Learn to become independent in your own energetic healing practice. The Usui System of Reiki ~ Level I/Shoden course offers an opportunity to learn and strengthen your own body-based intuition, and innate capacity to care for yourself.
During this detailed course we will cover; an in-depth understanding of your Reiki lineage, what Reiki is and how it works, Reiki points and hand positioning, how to hold space for the practice, a detailed explanation on the energetic body system, an opportunity to practice giving and receiving Reiki and many thousands of years of sacred knowledge and wisdom.
In addition you will receive; your Level I/Shoden attunement and a thorough take-home manual and guide book for future reference.
In addition to a full day of formal training, you will also receive ongoing support 1:1 guidance.

Energetic Practitioner Training - Level 2 - 5 Sept 2026 - BOOK HERE
Undertake Reiki Level 2 training to advance your energetic practice and to become a qualified Reiki professional practitioner . The Usui System of Reiki ~ Level 2/Okuden course offers an opportunity to learn and strengthen your own body-based intuition, innate healing capacity and ability to hold space for healing others.
Over the course of this in-depth training you will receive; your Level 2/Okuden attunement, learn and be handed down the three healing symbols, develop a thorough understanding of how to hold space for healing for others, skills in protecting yourself energetically, mindfulness techniques, and a detailed take-home manual and guide book for future reference.
This training is designed to initiate you into the role of a professional Reiki Practitioner and is also ideal for people who wish to advance their own energetic body knowledge and subtle energetic senses.
This experience is also offered using a trauma-informed lens which is applied to not only your learning experience, but also teaches you the fundamentals of trauma informed practice, to ensure you can adopt this lens when working with friends, family and members of the general public.

Repeat Subtle Self Reiki Level Two Students $262 AUD (for folks who have undertaken level one training with me, that have fallen out of their practice and would like to re-sit the course to re-familiarise themselves)
