Full Blast Mindfulness - 3 May 2026 (BOOK HERE)
Full Blast Mindfulness is a monthly, 2-hour, community-based class designed to gently immerse you in mettā (loving-kindness) and mindfulness-based meditation practices and teachings.
The class will be divided into three parts, being:

Part 1) A supportive, guided meditation practice. You’ll be invited to find a position that feels comfortable for your body - whether lying down or seated - with the option to use blankets, pillows, and bolsters. Comfort is the aim here. Note: you are invited and welcome to bring along any items from home that are supportive to you - your own blanket, pillow, note pad etc.
Part 2) Jacqui will offer a short talk, which may include teachings related to the practice, and at times, poetry etc. You’ll also be offered an optional take-home practice/technique.
Part 3) CAKE! Jacqui will provide cakes and other treats, as well as herbal teas and water - all are welcome to indulge and soak up the supportive atmosphere of the AKA Studio - which is full of heart and soul.
